Removal of Pennsylvania "hate crime" law

  • In Pennsylvania the law that protects people and gives someone a harsh punishment for "hate crime" has been removed from there law.
  • The courts all agreed that it was violating section one of there constitution.
  • The talk that because its against christian belief to be homosexual and their protesting it causing problems politically.
  • A man happy because the law has been "struck down" talks that he went to jail for "hate crime" for speaking the gospel. 
  • Most people are upset that this law was removed.
